A few things to know.
Colour consultations & patch tests
All new clients must book a colour consultation before their first appointment. Patch tests are required at least 48 hours before all colour services.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Changing your service
If you downgrade your treatment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the original appointment price will still apply.
Arriving on time
Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean Sandra is unable to complete your full treatment.
