Appointments and prices
Bookings are made through Phorest. Check the service, price and any conditions displayed before confirming. Availability and prices may change; your confirmed booking and the information provided at booking apply. Colour correction is priced at consultation. Please contact Sandra if you are unsure which service to select.
Colour consultations and patch testing
New colour clients must book a consultation before their first colour appointment. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before all colour services. Contact the salon in advance to arrange the required steps.
Cancellations and changes
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sandra’s salon policy states that downgrading a treatment with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the original appointment price applying. Any charge must comply with your statutory rights and applicable law. Contact Sandra to discuss a change or any exceptional circumstances.
Arriving for your appointment
Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean Sandra cannot complete the full treatment. Contact the salon as soon as possible if you are delayed.

Individual outcomes depend on your hair and the service agreed at consultation. Website material is provided to help you explore services; please check any details that are important to your appointment directly with Sandra.
Concerns and your rights
If you have a concern about a booking or service, contact Sandra so it can be discussed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, including rights concerning services carried out with reasonable care and skill.
